Located at 716 1st Avenue West, the Community "Blue" Building is available for rent for many different functions. The maximum capacity for the whole building is up to 360 people. There are three different sections that are available if a smaller space is needed. A kitchen, speaker's podium, telephone, internet and cable access are also available.
