Municipal Court Clerk/Front Office Assistant

 

The City of Horton is currently seeking highly motivated and skilled applicants for a Part-Time position with flexible hours.

This position includes, but is not limited to: Attendance at all Municipal Court proceedings, organization, data entry, filing, payment collection, good typing, verbal, and written communications skills, as well as cross training of front office duties.

Applicants must be 18 years of age, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license. Preferred training and experience in a busy office setting with various office skills is desired.

25 to 32 hours per week is expected with Court Days to be extended hours. Salary will be dependent on applicant’s education, training, and experience.
