The City of Horton Municipal Court is held on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month, at City Hall, 205 East 8th Street. Court starts at 2:00 pm.
The Honorable Judge Anson presides over Horton Municipal Court, City Attorney is Kevin Hill, & Court Clerk.
